If we made a mistake or there is some other problem please Contact Us. We may authorize an exchange or replacement. In some cases we will ask for pictures to help understand the problem. When necessary, and at our discretion, we can send you a return label that you can print out.
IMPORTANT! At this time we are not offering returns for international orders unless the mistake is ours to fix. Mostly due to high international shipping costs. Sorry for the inconvenience.
If you changed your mind or it's not quite what you wanted simply return it and we will refund your purchase minus shipping.
- You have 60 days from the date of purchase, exceptions may be made if shipping took unusually long.
- Buyer pays for return shipping unless it was our fault. Contact Us for a return label if you think we should pay for the return, politely explain why.
- Items must be returned unused, in the original packaging and include any additional parts or extras that came with said item.
- Please return the packing slip with any notes you have.
- Send returns in the packaging it came in, a padded envelope, or a box. Do not send it in a plain envelope no matter how small it is. There is a high chance it will get destroyed by the sorting machine they use for envelopes.
