Fixes wobbly arms but its main feature is to stiffen the arm swing so the arm stays up near your hand or wherever you left it.
Inserted under the arm on the Kahler 2760 Steeler fulcrum tremolo, you can access it via a small plug under the arm module using a 1/8" allen key. This type of arm clutch was only used on newer models and yours may not have this feature.
